xstringl() is an old version of stringbox. It should be deprecated, undocumented, and even removed from Scilab 6
Reported by Samuel GOUGEON (@sgougeon)
BUG DESCRIPTION:
----------------
As written in its macro, xstringl() is an old version of stringbox().
All what it does is done as well by stringbox().
stringbox() can slant the box according to a given angle, while xstringl() is unable to do that.
Keeping these duplicates is useless.
xstringl() should be tagged as obsolete.
It should then become undocumented. If BC issues are of concern, its code could be kept for some time after removing its documentation.
However, the replacing stringbox() is available since Scilab 4.1.2, so already for many years.
