scf() and figure() no longer take gdf().figure_size into account

d = gdf(); d.figure_size = [a b]
is possible and actual but has no effect on every forthcoming figure:
The opening figure is sized according to [a b] and, immediately after, is resized according to the default default sizes.
This bug still occurs in Scilab 6.0
