running a script: "Execute... file according mode()" would be more useful than "...with echo"

Presently, there is no way to run a script from Scinotes in execution mode mode(). Either mode(-1) is used, or mode(1) (= with echo)
The user should be free to set the "echoing mode".
This would be a useful basic debugging feature, while no debugger is available.
I am afraid that almost nobody uses exec() by hand in the console, running contents from Scinotes instead. This is why Scinotes should take mode() into account when echoing.
