modules names should not be case-sensitive. There is no naming rule, and entering a bad name is very frequent only due to the case.

BUG DESCRIPTION:
----------------
In its page in the ATOMS GUI, Coselica is titled Coselica. Yet, in Scilab, entering
atomsInstall Coselica // => no module with this name. Indeed, the technical name is "coselica"
But lower-case is not the rule, since actually there is no rule!
This is like that for all modules and functions. Quite toilsome.
The user should be able to use case insensitive modules names, even if true technical names fixing the path on the server side are case-sensitive.
This would make much easier using ATOMS.
