Logscale makes scilab crash

BUG DESCRIPTION:

Logscale makes scilab crash when extreme values are in the set.
HOW TO REPRODUCE THE BUG:

x=[1,2]
y=[1e-305,1.e305]
h=scf()
plot(x,y,"b-")
h.children.log_flags = "nln"
OTHER INFORMATION:
------------------
The orginal test was to plot exp(x) in log-scale. The current test does not even involve evaluating exp().
