The Error "atomsInstallList: The package xxx is not available." when installing a package is misleading (even wrong)
Reported by Francois Granade
BUG DESCRIPTION:
----------------
when installing a toolbox that:
1) is not packaged for this release
2) has been packages, but is not in the local cache,
the error at install is very misleading for the user, when the toolbox is actually present on the atoms website: he/she sees it there, but cannot install it...
"atomsInstallList: The package is xxx not available."
If not too long, the message should be:
"atomsInstallList: the Toolbox 'xxx' is not in the list of toolboxes. Try running atomsSystemUpdate() and check that this toolbox is packaged for this Scilab release."
or at least;
"atomsInstallList: Toolbox 'xxx' not found in the local list of toolboxes for this Scilab release.
and maybe we should change the logic so that it can check that the toolbox exists but is not released for this version ?
