funcprot() doesn't work in Scilab 6

In 6.0.0.beta-2, funcprot() always acts as if set to 0, i.e. ignores any overwrites with no warning.

For 5.5.2, funcprot() starts at 1 (gives a warning), while 2 gives an error:
