please remove xinfo(). xinfo(t) does only gcf().info_message = t; Having a dedicated function to set each property of each graphic entity is meaningless
Reported by Samuel GOUGEON (@sgougeon)
BUG DESCRIPTION:
----------------
Having a dedicated function to set each property of each type of graphic entity is meaningless.
xinfo() could be formerly useful, when graphical properties did not exist (Scilab <4).
They are now available for more than 10 years.
In addition, the recursive extraction/insertion is now available in Scilab 6,
that allow direct syntaxes like
gcf().info_message = "text";
xinfo() can't target another figure than the current one.
idFig.info_message = "text" // does it.
Please cleanup Scilab and remove xinfo().
