<latex> tag: add a alt="<latex content>" to the <img HTML output tag
Reported by Samuel GOUGEON (@sgougeon)
BUG DESCRIPTION:
----------------
uman() can't display in the console the original latex content of a <latex> tag, because the HTMLDockbookTagConverter.java outputs it nowhere in a literal format in the HTML code. Only the <img src=""> tag and attributes are generated, without alt="" attribute in which the literal latex expression could be set for information. Such a alt tag could then be processed by uman to display the expression in the console.
This would encourage to convert ASCII formula into latex ones, provided that they can be rendered as text in the console.
In addition of such an automatic generation of alt=".." tag, the <latex> tag could support the title=".." attribute.
This would allow the author to provide a human readable expression of the formula, when the LaTeX one can even be simplified for better readability.

HOW TO REPRODUCE THE BUG:
-------------------------
* Visit https://help.scilab.org/docs/6.0.0/fr_FR/interp.html
* In the description of the out_mode argument, select the "[x1, xn]" part, that is a (here useless) latex image
* Display its HTML source code. We get: <img src="/docs/6.0.0/fr_FR/_LaTeX_interp.xml_1.png" style="position:relative;top:6px;width:56px;height:20px">
In this code, nothing tells what is the actual latex expression before being converted.
