Xcos preferences do not allow to set a final simulation time.

BUG DESCRIPTION:

After the Scilab 6.1.0 default final time change on Xcos, this preference became more important. However, this is not possible to set up a default value on a new diagram using the preferences.

HOW TO REPRODUCE THE BUG:
Open scilab 6.1.0 then go to Preference Xcos menu Note that time simulation is set to 1.e5 or program another value en apply it
Now open an empty xcos file and go to configration menu Note that time simulation is not taken into account
