lines() : Adding an option to remove blank & empty lines
from the output into the console.

Hi,
It is no longer possible to answer to Request #178 on a
similar topic (Error message: "No legal plateform is set".
No possibility to (re)set it).
http://requestzilla.scilab.org/show_bug.cgi?id=178
So, I am opening here a new request to stress on the previous one.
Now that Scilab 5 is release, it would still be a quite noticeable
improvment to add an option to the lines() function, in order to
remove blank or empty lines from the console output:
-->s=['hello' ; 'world']
s =
<-- an extra blank line
!hello !
! ! <-- another extra line
!world !
<-- still another one
-->
Regards
Samuel
