The parallel_run function does not use my 4 cores on Windows.

The parallel_run function does not use my 4 cores on Windows.
The script below allows to launch parallel_run on a large data set.
Run it and open the Windows Task Manager : there is only
1 core which works heavily, even if I have 4 cores in my CPU.
