-- Bug description --
fscanfMat fails to read a file ending with 2 or more blank lines on scilab5.3 beta4.
(I think it works when number of blank lines < 2)
It used to work on Scilab 5.2.2.
// Scilab 5.2.2 :
A = fscanfMat("toto.txt");
A =
1. 2. 3. 4. 5.
3.2 5.2 6.6 0.2 5.9
// Scilab 5.3.0 beta 4 :
A = fscanfMat("toto.txt");
!--error 999
fscanfMat: can not read file toto.txt.
