xgetech() is a somewhat fake useless unhandy function. It should be removed
@sgougeon)
Reported by Samuel GOUGEON (BUG DESCRIPTION:
----------------
[wrect,frect,logflag,arect] = xgetech()
* can be used only with the current axes
* imposes a certain order of outputs: If we need only "arect", the first 3 argouts must be read anyway.
a=gca(); [a.axes_bounds, a.data_bounds, a.log_flags, a.margins]
* returns the same in a clearer explicit way
* can be customized in number and order of results without reading useless data. Ex: [a.data_bounds a.margins]
* can be used for any non-current axes
=> Removing xgetech() is proposed.
