Building external pages including some <scilab:image> while some on-screen plots exist uses, changes, and finally deletes the current on-screen figure!

HOW TO REPRODUCE THE BUG:
-------------------------
* download the attachment and unzip it
* set the current working directory to ../page
* --> scf(); plot()
Possibly dock the figure to the desktop
* --> tbx_make . help
=> the current on-screen plot() figure is used when the page is built:
It is cleared, then plot2d() done in <scilab:image>plot2d()</scilab:image>
appears on-screen. Finally, the doc builder closes the on-screen plot2d() figure.
=> the test_1.png image and test.htm page are well generated,
but test_1.png is proned to the bug 14264 and is red.
