colorbar(): colminmax should accept $ instead of [fmin fmax]
Reported by Samuel GOUGEON (@sgougeon)
BUG DESCRIPTION:
----------------
In Scilab 6.0.2, a colminmax=[fmin fmax] specification of the color range to use has been introduced, in order to process without explicitly knowing the length of the color map.
Although this is an improvement, this way is not optimal. Indeed, it would be better to allow using $ in colminmax, representing the length of the colorbar.
Then, it will be possible, handy, and trivial
- to refer to the last color, for instance to trim the queue of the colorbar.
This will be useful for example if a specific color has been defined
for the mesh color and appended to the colormap.
Then, colminmax = [1, $-1] will do the job, ignoring the specific mesh color.
- to mix absolute color number and relative one in colminmax. Example: [1, $/2]
- to do the same as [fmin fmax]: colminmax = [fmin fmax]*$
