Polynomial insertion is broken for complex case. As it can be seen below, the complex part is broken after insertion

Seems to be the cause of bug 16262

The problems seems to be in the ArrayOf* ArrayOf::insert(typed_list* _pArgs, InternalType* _pSource) method.
