Scilab help system doesn't support Persian language

kpure-Persian.xml
Hi;
As far as I know, the DocBook 5 elements support dir attribute (ex: dir="rtl") but when I add a direction attribute to the XML tags and then convert it to HTML format using the Scilab function xmltohtml(), nothing changed at all (Please see rendered PDF).
Ok, it should be so, because of Scilab uses a CSS file to configure the style.
Therefore I think the least thing that is needed is a new CSS file for Persian help pages.
So, we have a file named "rtl.css", but how do tell Scilab that for Persian pages load this file after loading the file "style.css"?
The attached file "rtl.css" is what should be applied to the Persian pages and also the minimum of what I would expect.
So, I still have a problem; The Persian sentences with English expressions, that placed in parentheses, is not shown correctly and it is shown as: "ex: (K=kpure(sys " – Please see "my-desired-output.pdf".
I wonder if you can help me to do this work.
Merci Scilab Team!
Mehran
